So I saw Twilight last night, and I will try to talk about it without giving away spoilers.

First thing, the guy to girl ratio was sweet. I think there was 15 girls to everyone one guy. A theater over-packed with estrogen. Single dudes, you missed a great chance with no competition. With that said, it was an over the top dramatic movie. Aside from the unusual vampires and werewolfs, when someone leaves you, please don't act like you belong in an aslyum up to 4 months after the break-up. And the ending of the movie, they leave it on the most dramatic note possible. Girl wills say *GASP* and guys will say *WTF?*. A large part of the movie focuses around Bella's teenage sense of love and belonging.

At first I didn't like the author's concept and design of werewolfs as being nothing more than giant wolves. Loved the concept of changing at will, hated the giant wolf concept. But honestly I think the movie did a good job on the werewolves. They weren't gay(gay as in the sense of being extremely lame and corny) like some other sparkling creatures that will remain nameless. In fact, in this series the werewolfs seem more civilized, or human like, than the vampires do.

The fight scenes that they had were pretty good, but I do wish they had more fights and that they had made them a little more gory. Like the only person's blood you see is Bella's. With the whole vampire vs werewolf fights, too much chase and not enough actual contact.

Overall, is it worth seeing? I would go. You get too see some action, lots of drama, and won't be left out of conversations when it is brought up as a topic in a sleep over party.
