watching H-H-Hitler and G-G-Günsche do the Max Headroom effect suggests my fellow user is finding that videos fail to stream properly, which I don't find.

I do find that pages and videos can take ages to load, though.

It's not really the streaming it's the getting to that point which was getting seriously bogged down - Getting the page to load as you wrote.
By the time I made the parody all seemed to have got back to normal anyway.
The head effects are the result of me limited editing ability.

I too do appreciate this site. Really. We can't all be slaves to the one site to rule them all, subject to conditions, quoting US legal documents etc.
